I just had a think about some of the worst fights I have since in my time watching boxing. There's been so many horrible fights in the sports history that it might be an impossible task to pick just one fight. However, theres one that rises above the rest, one that has been deeply engraved into the very fabric of my brain....one fight to rule them all. Lawrence Okolie vs Matty Askin. The worst fight I have ever seen by a considerable distance, there was one clean headshot that landed in the whole 12 rounds, the art of boxing.
Seth Mitchell vs. Johnathon Banks II or Terence Crawford vs. Andrey Klimov. Erislandy Lara vs. Austin Trout wasn't much fun either.
Chris Byrd vs. Davarryl Williamson When Chris Byrd has to walk to you to create action.................. /Thread
Hopkins vs Jones 2, the worst fight I’ve ever seen. Runner up would be Pacquiao - Mayweather due to how it compared to its hype.
Rances Barthelemy Vs Robert Easter Jr. Two boring ass boxers coming together to multiply their own boringness to sickening extremes.
Does predictably boring count? Pretty much any fight with Okolie.......remember him and Chamberlain being one of the worst I've seen in a long time. Whyte Wach Chisora Kabayel Fury Wlad
Andre Dirrell vs Curtis Stevens Johnny Nelson vs Carlos De León Wladimir Klitschko vs Alexander Povetkin
Johnathon Banks vs Seth Mitchell 2 was as tedious as it was bizarre. Disgraceful performance from Banks. I have no evidence of this but it wouldn't surprise me if he threw it.
