"Occam's Razor" Or team Usyk is money-motivated like everyone else and is trying to get the most they can from the fight/two fights. Hence 70-30 only applies for the first fight if Usyk gets 70-30 in the more lucrative rematch if he wins, when Fury may not even want a rematch and offered Usyk 50-50 in the return if he wins. This is consistent with what Krassyuk has said and if no rematch clause, 50-50. Both are pricing themselves out at this moment, hopefully it will be resolved this year. "He has ducked the two main challenges" Joshua/Joshua's team ducked the fight in December 2022, prior to that rematch clauses were holding up the division (Ruiz 2, Wilder 2 and 3, Usyk 2) and prior to that Fury was just coming back and would have got B-side terms. https://www.boxingforum24.com/threa...ucking-of-fury-in-bombshell-interview.694541/ Is Joshua even one of the four main challenges since Fury's been fighting at the top level? I rate champ Wlad, Wilder, Usyk and Joyce above him.
I see Frank Warren says it was called off by Usyks team.... Before they even got into too much details of rematch.... Interesting if true.... But not giving much info what happened before that.... But bare in mind it is Frank who also said Tyson is already training with Sugar Hill... Which was a lie
that return ticket is sus return-gate we'll call it fury is a showman and a con artist. every training vid was staged
If Warren is correct that Usyk fights Wilder next then the prevailing online narrative about all this will need adjusting.
Fury lost to Mcdermot and wallin . Wouldn’t be surprised if he loses again to some bum . Btw Usyk has never been down , while fury was knocked down 8 times
Why do you think Gasman is some kind of authority? The guy is lower IQ than you are and a total hypocrite. - Hatman screamed that Wlad Klitschko had "the heart of a 12 year old girl" after he was outpointed by Fury but defended AJ against charges of quitting after he was waved off in the corner against Andy Ruiz. - Hatman said that Wilder was "one of the biggest, if not the biggest puncher in HW history" in 2019 but backtracked on that claim after Fury beat him, saying that "Wilder's power has been overrated" and "we don't know how it compares in history". - Hatman said that Fury beat Klitschko "at the top of his game" in 2015 but recently said that Fury had only beaten "a 38/39 year old Klitschko". - Hatman claimed just before Wilder 2 that if Fury beat Wilder, Whyte and Joshua, he'd be a "1st rate ATG". After Fury beat Wilder x2 and demolished Whyte, Hatman said Fury needed "another 10 defences" to be an "ATG". - Hatman claimed that he "never thought Luis Ortiz was a top 5 heavyweight", despite saying that Ortiz would beat Whyte in late 2018, beat Ruiz post-AJ 1 in mid 2019, and have a "very good chance" of beating Joshua in late 2016. - Hatman claimed before Fury-Whyte that there were “shades of Ali-Norton” and “70’s vibes” but after Fury schooled and destroyed Whyte he claimed that Whyte “never had a chance” and "Fury cherrypicked him"
Don't get me wrong I like a little bit of needle in the build up to a big fight but not on social media, it's much more entertaining in the presser or the weigh in or something. Over social media it has little effect other than being a bit embarrassing. But that's more the age we live in now days, people hiding behind social media. Sigh. Speaking of which, have just seen Fury has posted a video on social media blaming Usyk for the fight being off, looks like it's off for sure now. Forget Fury, he's so bad for boxing right now, clear Fury duck for me. Just retire (again) already.
