You must be joking. April Fool's day is in 8 days time mate. I really hope you are joking. How has Fury "bent over backwards" to make the fight happen ?

Usyk should go by Olexsandr "the true fighting man" Usyk after this. Just to rub into the big fat dosser.

Simple economics states that the Joshua fight needs a belt to it to make it much more sellable. Fury has a decent chance against Usyk. But it's a 50/50. I reckon the money men don't want the Fury Vs Joshua fight to be between two belt less opponents who have both lost to the same guy. Tune up for Fury and then he'll fight Joshua.

Usyk is the star now, the tables have turned. Through Fury acting like an idiot for so long he's managed to grow the stock and popularity of Usyk considerably, now everyone knows who Usyk is, the guy that beats up English champions on their own patch.

Would be good if he could throw in Joyce (to round off his own generation). Would I be greedy to hope for one from the next as well?
Everything else you said is spot on.

So using your logic, when Joshua Fury was being talked about in 2019 and Joshua was bringing in most of the money and eyeballs, Fury was unreasonable asking for a 60-40 split ?

Usyk could probably sell out wembley against a big enough opponent IMO. He's a the peoples' champ. A true fighting man and the new gypsy king.

    Timeline of Negotiations:

    • Originally, negotiations were 50-50 from all sides

    • Then obstacles came up because Tyson didn't look that interested in the fight (Krassyuk can't prove this, but highly suspects this from having been in boxing for a long time). They took so long to negotiate in Saudi and finally had to pull out

    • Fight moved to Wembly, and suddenly 50-50 doesn't work anymore

    • Krassyuk would make an offer, Frank and George would be the middleman to Tyson, and apparently he rejected all offers

    • Team Usyk asked 4-5 times to deliver Tyson's true demands, but Team Usyk didn't hear any counter offers from him. Team Usyk thought that this fight was unlikely at this point

    • First time they heard from Tyson was on instagram, a few hours before the WBA deadline, 70-30

    • Bluff from Tyson, and Usyk wasn't satisfied with the split, but he wanted the fight so badly, he called Tyson's bluff

    • They walked through all discussions, Usyk knew that the rematch was on, Tyson's side initiated it

    • Team Usyk still thought that the fight would be unlikely. Usyk read Tyson's book, where Tyson states that everything that happened to Klitschko, Wilder, and other opponents is Tyson's game. So he didn't trust that Tyson actually wanted the fight. But he had hope that something could happen

    • Usyk thought that the split would be the dealmaker, but when Tyson kept making demands, he realized that all conditions were intended as dealbreakers.

    • Straw that broke the camel's back was the rematch split (but it wasn't the essence, it was just the point at which the contract blew up). Krassyuk states here that it would be in bad faith to go into more of Tyson's demands at this moment in time.

    • Usyk said that he is the undisputed cruiserweight champ and current unified heavyweight champ. He bowed his head once to 70-30, which he wasn't ok with, to get the deal done. But now, how many more times does he have to bow his head before this deal gets made?

    • Usyk was convinced at this point that Tyson didn't want the fight and no matter what he agreed to, Tyson would find a way to escape closer to the fight

    • Usyk and his team saw the Sugarhill interview where he said that he was training Okolie, not Tyson and his return ticket was March 28. Usyk's team concluded that the whole thing was a charade and they called the fight off (you can't train 5 weeks for an undisputed fight)
    Rematch Conditions:

    • Fury-Usyk would make less than 1/3 of the AJ fights and AJ is a significantly larger draw

    • Fury's main strength is his ticket-selling ability, but his pay per view numbers are mediocre at best (ppv is the big money draw in boxing)

    • The figures of Tyson's last 3 fights were very subpar (goes into historical Tyson figures). Concludes that Tyson is not a big draw

    • Krassyuk says that Tyson doesn't have too many big fights left, asks him to consider a 47 year old Wladmir Klitschko rematch

    • In the rematch, Usyk wanted 70-30 to the winner. This was "impossible," "not up for discussion" and Team Fury's justification was that "Tyson is a massive star and he is generating that much money"

    • Krassyuk states that Uysk-Fury would smash Fury-Chisora and states that the discrepancy is obviously Usyk and his belts

    • In the rematch Tyson wanted 80-20 if he won, 50-50 if he lost. Again, no negotiation, only justification was that this was the same figure that AJ offered

    • Krassyuk says that this was ridiculous because AJ was a bigger draw, and the champion, and it was a mandatory split that was ordered. Now Usyk beat AJ 2x and is the unified champion and this split demand is ridiculous.

    • Venue doesn't matter, it is the heavyweight undisputed fight and was always going to sell out, it should have really been 50-50
    Miscellaneous:

    • AJ negotiations went so smoothly, Krassyuk has great respect for AJ and Eddie Hearn

    • Krassyuk feels that Fury has no goals and when you have no directions, you chase money because money is liquid happiness for those without goals

    • Usyk has 3 mandatories that he will face, the toughest test by far is Joe Joyce, it would be a complicated fight, an even more complicated fight than Tyson Fury. Krassyuk believes that Joe Joyce would beat Tyson 80% of the time

Sugar Hill flying back to the US was enough evidence alone that Fury didn't want this fight.

If that is true and it wouldn’t surprise me, fair play for him standing up for himself and not being mugged off by a scumbag like Fury. He obviously earn’t more for the AJ rematch than I realised and rightfully knows and stands by his own worth.

Alex talks rubbish, Tyson Fury got into Usyk's head plus I bet rival promoters were doing 3 way calls helping to stop Undisputed.

When he mentioned fight 47 year old Wlad Klitschko, you know THEY ALL been talking. Funny how Wlad was swinging and missing time and time again - against Joshua in that fight. (Klitschko does not like Fury)

AJ negotiations went so smoothly because of political reasons - Joshua a pawn in the game.

No goals? the goal was to fight & beat Usyk for Undisputed - you pulled out not Fury (Facts)

Great propaganda hit piece by Alex.

The cherry on the icing for me.

It is a blatant duck and a disgrace from a self proclaimed fighting man.

Yes I’m sure Usyk is now terrified of Fury after being repeatedly called a “Dosser”
