Please retire. The heavyweight division is better off without him. He’s done nothing but **** about since he beat Klitschko in 2015.
Officially beat Deontay Wilder twice in America where he made a name for himself. That must really hurt you? Some people are GHOSTS. Lots of debating going on in those barbershops and sports bars. No mention of little aj.
An ancient Klitschko is still his best win by far from almost 8 years ago. He only fought two of the top ten HWs of his era. So taking into account how highly he is regarded (especially by his stans) and what genuine talent and potential he has, he did little more than f*ck all since 2015 indeed.
I think furys time at the very top is slowly coming to the end and he knows it. Still a great fighter....but hes running from anyone that will properly test him in any way. Hes battered his body over the years with his lifestyle....got to have injuries at this point etc. Hes a good fella imo.....just struggles badly with his mental health. I think after a good few years hes started to struggle with it just prior to the chisora fight. But deep down i think he knows he might not be able to rise up to a proper test at this point. I think he deserves the critism. Holding up the biggest fight in years for no apparent reason. Time to hand the belt back and let the guy that does have the motivation get his undisputed fight then go find out what hes got left in the tank....against whoever he pleases. I still think joshua is going to beat him at some point. Fury will slip first. His ego,s going to let him fight when he probably should have retired. Furys been foolish tho....should have went usyk...then joshua...then joyce and called time. Could have possibly got away with it....but the longer it goes its starting to look like hes gonna end up making a mess of the last leg of his career.
Plenty. Wilder an extremely limited boxer, who can't box on the back foot at all, who is very chinny and can't take body shots.Wilder struggles against the average and poor opposition such as the likes of Ortiz, Washington, Spzilka, Scroniers, Duhaupas, Molina and Nichols. So guys levels above the opposition Wilder has ever beaten that could beat Wilder: AJ, Joyce, Whyte, Parker, Hunter, Whyte, Bakole, Gassiev, Jalolov, Hrgovic Ruiz,Sanchez and Makhmudov are just some of the top of my head I would all favour against Wilder.
Plenty of guys. Wilder has always been a protected fighter for a reason. I'd favour all current top HWs against him. He has a big right hand - and literally nothing else. His managers/promoters know this too, that's why he always fought tomato cans. A still rusty, untested Fury seemed like easy pickings in 2018, that's the only reason his promoters had him sign the contract in the first place. It was a miscalculation on their part - otherwise, Wilder would have kept beating up the Szpilkas and the Washingtons of the world. Apart from Fury, Wilder's resume only has one notable name, and that's an ancient Ortiz. A good win, sure, but who else is there in over 40 fights? He didn't even beat a top fighter for his WBC strap - he fought Breazale for a vacant belt.
Remember when everyone in the general was absolutely bonkers about Helenius lol. Did I enjoy that Hopefully other shite like Hrgovic, Hunter, Sanchez and Bakole get inside the ring with Wilder, be a laugh
Probably few, which is more than enough to put him on the last places in top 10 or even outside. The problem with him is that it's known he's limited, so outboxing him isn't that hard, actually happened a lot of times. But we don't know how many of the heavyweights, apart from Fury (probably Joyce, Ruiz and Parker), can take his cross and is that cross hard enough to knockout most of the tops. But it's only because of Wilder who is mostly manufactured champion and still doesn't dare to face any of them, even after the wrong cherry-picking he was thinking of doing with Fury.
Indeed, I stand corrected. It would be hard to decide whether Stiverne or Breazale is the more mediocre fighter though so my point still stands.
and this is where warren's argument that Usuyk makes more sense money fighting Fury than anyone else so has no reason to decline the terms. Fury's biggest payday was from Saudi and he turned it down which is simply absurd as the what the Saudis pay compared to anyone else is huge. It's not even close to what Fury would be paid fighting at Wembley compared to Saudi. Warren also mentioning the lack of venue in Saudi male's no sense either. They have the venues already and no new arena needs to be built to stage the fight.
