yep Australia is ahead of nz most definitely in boxing culture

 

kiwis only talk about the big knockouts - most see no value in slickness. i think training quality in NZ is probably pretty basic.

Aussie at least has mundine, Geale, Tszyu, Vic, Paul Briggs - guys at the smaller weights - not just big KO boppers.

 

But i do think Light is a step in the right direction. Still though...the defence looks stiff as hell. No erky jerkiness. just straight up
