Without being disrespectful this means nothing at all.

The only way to prove anything is Joshua v Fury having 12 x 3 minutes in the ring.

"The only way to prove anything"

So if two fighters don't fight (for whatever reason), their respective records mean nothing? That's an impossible standard to hold with any coherence.

Big john took his 0`s virginity
    This is common knowledge
Now remembering how fury did the deal with wilder saying how easy it was
You think he got wilder taking 30%
    Lol

There’s no impartiality, so really means nothing. Fury fans will big up his CV and play down his many flaws and contradictions. Just as AJ fans will claim their man has the better CV and ignore his limitations and indiscretions. Fans see what they want to see. You’ll never change anyone’s opinion.

I don't understand why some fans need the constant comparisons to the other. Why can't people just judge fighters in their own right?

Baffling that just because Fury has ducked undisputed people suddenly feel the need to remind everyone about Joshua's limitations. Pretty sure most boxing fans are fully aware of those by now.

It’s banter pal, what we’re here for. Banter and discuss opinions, if we wanted news we’d go onto a news site

Fair enough bud. I find all the OTT fanaticism and turning of Fury discussions into Joshua (and vice versa) dull as **** personally but each to their own.

The time to judge them against each other is at the end of their careers when you're talking records imo as things could yet change drastically.

Its not an impossoble standard to hold when both men are fighting in the same division at the same time FFS, the facts are Fury has a better record, Fury looks the more complete fighter, Fury has form for ducking, we will pnly know how the fight goes if they fight each other

In the old days two guys would fight to find out who is best. Unfortunately Fury torpedoed negotiations last time with his ridiculous deadline, and now I doubt he will ever take the fight.

I think he is a bit overrated round here but he's still a quality fighter. Olympic gold medallist and one of the best heavyweights to never win a title.

One fight after Joshua had KO'd him in 7 he beat a non-green Hughie in more convincing fashion than Parker over 12, two fights after Joshua at 40 he got a draw with Hunter over 12 (who gave Usyk his 5th most competitive fight) and three fights after Joshua at almost 41 he got off the canvas twice to knock Whyte (who'd given Joshua a 7 round war, beat Parker, KO'd Chisora) spark out in 5. The only other fighter to ever beat non-corpse Povetkin was Wlad via Greco-Roman shutout and Povetkin still showed a very good chin, stamina and an unwillingness to quit. And Wilder's team did avoid Povetkin in 2016, just as team Joshua wanted no part of Ortiz in 2017.

    I know, Joshua wasn't and that's why it's blank.
