    Please vote, and VOTING IS UNLIMITED.

    We are going to do this by determining which people really consider ducks.

    Since I have a limited number of options, I composited some. There are others you could include, but I did not find the egregious enough to use up limited space. Some might say Ali should have given Forman a rematch, or Lewis Vitali. I guess I could have said Foreman in his second reign since he was stripped of belts, and I am very fond of a black fighter named Larry Gaines who should have gotten a shot in the late 20s/early 30s. Still, I think I made some good choices here.

    Fury vs wlad got the benefit of the doubt in hindsight after his comeback but nowadays you would think he just ducked him and went on a bender and made the sob story up to con the fans.

    Bowe/Lewis is the worst as Bowe was contractually obligated to face Lewis, it's why he was allowed to fight Holyfield ahead of Lewis. So he basically lied said he'd fight Lewis next to secure the Holyfield fight and once he had the belts, low balled Lewis then dumped the belt in the bin when the WBC for once did the right thing and tried to force Bowe to face his mandatory.

    I don’t call the colour line a duck anymore than not fighting an opponent with AIDS or Hep C is a duck. The science and culture then said those fights weren’t on so they weren’t. That’s how time in history works- so I could really only pick Bowe v Lewis and that’s Rick Newman’s fault more than Bowe’s. Giving up the strap to avoid the fight is pretty wild though - I bet he regrets it now.

    I can't answer anything before Holmes, my knowledge is admittedly "modernesque". From that era on I would say that Bowe ducking Lennox is the biggest.
