Floyd Mayweather made a career out of that.

It is different with AJ, in that he was a fraud from the start and is on a massive downward trajectory

I'd expect Wlad of early 10s to beat him handily also and mid 90s Holyfield who was 34.

Would you retire from a job where you were earning millions of Pounds or Dollars each time you worked?

    Lennox Lewis for starters.

His top six wins came at 34 or older.

Joshua's ring activity has been horrible the last few years. This is like the 3rd version of him that they'll have to rebuild . Forget about the Fury and Wilder fights. His team know it's suicide, and the payday isn't there any more. Hearn has another 4 or 6 years of puddings for Joshua to adapt to his new trainer. So another 4 or 6 fights before fighting another young champion, that probably hasn't turned pro yet. What a waste.

THE POINT IS THAT EVERYONE ELSE IS IN RAPID DECLINE AS WELL.

It really isn't that hard to understand.

How did you come to that conclusion? The other guys are unbeaten and at their peak or on an upward trajectory...AJ was always a hypejob, blown away by Ruiz and outboxed twice by Usyk. He just struggled tonight with a feather fisted, glass jawed handpicked opponent, was taken the distance too!

    Hell no!

Unless he feels it's time to hang'em up, he can still earn and earn big, with some potentially huge events on the horizon.

I have already derived the whole thing. No one in the division, outside of Usyk, is untouchable. Go back and read the original post.

He got an unexpected upset against Ruiz, which he avenged.

The same thing happened to Lennox against Rahman.

And he's lost twice back to back in competitive bouts against the worlds most skilled HW boxer.

He is attempting to rebuild and his team picked the wrong guy to start with. He obviously doesn't have the confidence he had a few years ago, but he still schooled a tricky, iron-chinned customer who took Whyte to a Majority Decision.

So it's too early to say if he's on a downward trajectory.

And "Fraud from the start ?"

Do you have any idea what the word "fraud" actually means ?

AJ is done, the other top guys are showing no signs whatsoever of being done. It is that simple. Stop deluding yourself, learn to accept the truth.

14 of his 19 wins were by KO

Has never been knocked down, much less stopped.

Came in tonight 19-1-0 (14) with only loss a majority decision to Whyte.
