Anyone know what's going on with Goulamirian? He had a fight scheduled for April 1st against some guy named Tommy McCarthy with plans to fight Okolie afterwards, but then I heard it got replaced with a fight against Billam-Smith in May. Now it looks like Smith is still fighting that day but with a to be confirmed opponent. Are they still negotiating or did that fall through or what?

 

Apparently 20-1 20 KOs former Chart KO victim Christopher Lovejoy was in action in all places Cairo Egypt, where he was held to a 6 round draw by 45 year old 4-8 1 KOs fighter Ayman Farouk Abbas.

 

He will wake up tomorrow morning with a WBC ranking, no doubt.

Zhan Kossobutskiy back in June in Germany against TBA. He really needs to make a move pretty soon.

I went to the Universum to check out info but it wasn't loading well so I didn't bother.

 

No WBC/WBO- ranked boxer would fight him now. I think Universum-Boxing could make a fight against, Takam/Demirezen/Helenius/Wallin, i think they all would accept for under $250K.

Pls don't give him again a TOP200 german can, give him at least Schwarz in the worst case

Easy Usyk, since his feet are still fast enough for Wilder, he's got a good chin and Wilder doesn't go to the body. Usyk by UD or late TKO

 

I honestly don't think Wilder has a chance in a thousand. You aren't going to knock out Usyk with one punch, and probably never going to hit him clean when your only punch is a fully extended right hand.

 

Chris Arreola and Frank Sanchez will return on the Showtime card on Saturday.

The WBA have now officially ordered Oleksandr Usyk to defend his WBA, IBF & WBO heavyweight world titles vs Daniel Dubois next.

Parties have 30 days (until May 2nd) to negotiate, then purse bids.

Why not Sanchez vs Arreola? That would at least be a somewhat interesting fight.

 

Agreed, what's the point of Arreola at his age fighting a journeyman, and I know there's no point in Sanchez fighting his opponent when Arreola is there to fight as a stay busy.

 

If Dubois fights Usyk will it be for all the titles or will Usyk be stripped of the IBF and WBO?
