Took 11 months just to have a hearing. Not justifying the Benn case but if we are saying it takes 11 months just to have a UKAD hearing then appeals process etc etc. You are looking at a minimum of 2 years. If you cant box in that period is it any wonder Benn has avoided going down the route of having a UKAD hearing.

This is the thing with the Benn case. I'm not even bothered about the fact he takes PED's, they are all at it. It's the way he's conducted himself afterwards as it shows him to be a horrible scumbag.
