You're posting in a thread pushing 260 pages which would seem to refute the idea that no-one cares? I wonder if he's referring to the decision rather than that a test was under scrutiny? I'd have thought that everyone would be informed of the latter in advance but an NDA would be imposed to protect againts reputational damage if the process didn't stand up to review. Although that presupposes that this is being conducted by adults and we are talking boxing...
