It’s like Lance Armstrong said you can’t win the Tour de France on bread and water. All top level athletes need ‘assistance’.
Yeah, it is so weird. You would think the gagging order wouldn't be able to extend to the board? Feel quite bad for Shalom and the Board on this one if they really didn't know until when they did.
Agreed, he knows he'll kop some flack for a week and then everyone will forget about it if he doesn't make a song & dance.
Am I to understand he's banned because of the strict liability law rather than the notion they thought he was actually doping? The findings specifically state that they didn't think he was trying it.
No doubt going against the grain but I believe him to be fair. UKAD have stated that from there findings he didn't knowingly take anything, it wouldn't enhance his performance, he passed all prior tests in the lead up to the fight and the trace result found was beyond minimal.
We have a winner We brief cases saying what about there ambassador Rank him up against conor henn Reinstate henn at 7th put Khlen it at 8th Money fight for the we bring cash Khan would gladly set it up for them away from the bbboc and do a deal with the middle east board Screwd don't come close It's a monopoly
Always been on, anyone who employs Ariza is on, he went from not much to knocking people out and going 12 rounds with Maidana Of course every boxer is or most, Joshua is the size of tank, puts muscle on at some unreal rate and has a HGH, Whyte has gyno ffs, Brook is another, Hatton dropping weight for fun so quickly while keeping muscle Oddly he is a bit of a tit and you have to good his humour but somehow I think Froch might turn out to be one of the most honest ones, he loves to train, body never looked unreal and he just lives for it
Khan has done an impromptu interview with Sky Sports when he was leaving GMB studios this morning. Then he must have invited Sky Sports to his hotel room and done another interview there. I don't know if he's smart, naive or just plain bonkers. It's just day and night compared to how Conor Benn handled it. Maybe Khan should have got lawyered up to help him weather this storm. He should have ran off to Dubai but part of me gives him credit for saying he doesn't know how it got into his system but he's sorry for it. Not excusing it but he's done far more than what other boxers have done in past when found guilty.
I see women in my gym take gear just because they want to look good for their wedding. Never mind fellas paid to get punched in the face.
Before he was popped himself Tyson Fury used to make just as big a song and dance about being anti steroids. He soon quietened up about that though.
