He's really good and he looked good last night but this crazy hype is typical for American fighters. Shakur was ranked ahead of Usyk P4P by CBS. Let me run that by you again.

Silver medalist Shakur who has beaten a whopping 2 world champions in 20 fights, one of them being a past prime Herring who is bang average and couldn't even hang below world level at 135 and whose only claim to fame is moving down to 130 and beating up on a past prime tiny 122-126 pounder Frampton in what was a grotesque size mismatch

And the other is Valdez who clearly lost his previous fight, has been involved in half a dozen wars/life and death wars and been hurt and/or dropped a whole bunch of times and looked 2 divisions smaller than Shakur. Hell, Shakur looked bigger or at worst the same size as Herring who came down from 135

Is better than Usyk. Do I even have to list his vastly greater accomplishments both amateur and pro and all the world champions he's beaten his size, bigger or way bigger in their backyards time and time again?

Shakur has real good skills, one of the most skilled in the game, but pump the damn brakes

And I remember when people on social media were trying to tell me that Shakur is small and the same size as Loma even though he looked a lot bigger even way back when they sparred when Loma was at 130 and he was at 126

Shakur didn't defend his title at 126 once and he lost his his ones at 130 on the scales in his just his third defence

But don't take my word for it

Interviewer: ''You saw Loma recently, how was that?''

Shakur: ''Yeah I seen him. He looked small. That's what I really was thinking. He's tiny for 135, I just moved up and I felt way bigger than Lomachenko''

Interviewer: ''He's like a natural featherweight''

Shakur: ''I think he should go back down. I think he'd be a lot better at 13o''

I think Haney beats Stevenson .... after he beats Loma, of course.

Garcia beats Davis and moves up to 140. After Haney is done with Stevenson he moves up to 140 and takes out Garcia.

In other weight class news. Fury will beat Usyk and Crawford has no problems with Spence.
Now you guys know everything and don't have to watch boxing anymore. :yaay

Agree with this. At this point, who the **** knows? they all look great on their day and some of them are still a few years away from their peak.

But once this has all been shaken out in 4-5 years time we will be talking about one of these guys in the same breath as the greats that's for sure - the division has never been stronger.

He way blew past my already high expectations vs Yoshino. One of the best performances I have ever watched.

I dont disagree, but we've seen fighters look just as good and then fold against the absolute best before.

I beg your pardon? I absolutely say that about Crawford, I am confused by your response.

Can't say he's the best there, but glad he's in the mix!
