From a different point of view, what's the process by which the BBBoC picks mandatories? Their website lists champions and circulars but not rankings; I assume they exist and would be made available to licence holders, but what about the public? Apologies if I'm missing something here, don't think I've seen an answer to it
Better defence, footwork although plodding actually exists to an extent, cuts the ring off much better There's quite a bit he is better at Olympics means nowt really . Wilder and Okolie both went too.. However dont mean he'd win a fight
With the KO wins coming too premature? How often do we see this though.....you can't hate a fighter because of a refs incompetence.
People moan when it's too early. People moan when it's too late. People moan when it never happens (feeling of entitlement) People just have an urge to moan regardless.
Clarke has fought nobodies and there's no telling if he could be able to cut the ring off better against the guys Wardley's been in with and if he does, it's more down to his sheer size advantage.
Having watched him for a good few years , it looks quite clear he is better at it Wardley is crude skill wise but packs a punch
Possibly Clarke wants to get a move on. Hes certainly said he'd be willing to fight Fabio straight away. Whether he'd actually do so I don't think anybody can tell. I don't know about the management side of things but if Fabio's ordered to defend against him I couldn't see a problem. Would there be a problem with the share of the purse? Would Clarke see himself as more valuable because of his amateur successes? I think Adelaye, who is with Frank, sees himself as more valuable than he is so that could well be a sticking point.
I don't see him as crude mate. Master boxer at the side of Kownacki who got in the top ten. Vulnerable yes. He was getting hit by Coffie. But I think was robbed of a better win.
Kownacki soon got exposed though Hey, I find Wardley enjoyable but little doubt he isn't the most naturally talented guy
let’s be real though, in the UK it’s always too early. unless it’s the hometown boy who’s hurt but up on the cards, then the ref throws the towel back out of the ring or carries him back to the corner.
Talking more on a general level. I don't take issue with anyone thinking a fights come too early or too late, it's more the entitlement of some fans that think they have to get what they want and when they want it.
