If I'm reading the notices correctly from yesterday Sheeraz can basically call when he gets his shot?

I think you're right. That is a great headline and a genuine 50/50. I don't think Sheeraz has faced great opposition to be honest, domestically anyway, but he is being promoted very well so I think he'd be the favourite, but Bentley has fought at a much higher level. It'll be interesting to see who Sheeraz's opponent is when he headlines in June.

 

I’m not sure if he is still fighting at Middleweight, but I wouldn’t mind seeing Sheeraz v Liam Williams next.

Hamzah will fight Bentley in a heartbeat .. Hamzah beats and stops Bentley .. Bentley might of faced better opponents but he lost against them..

 

This is likely the play. I don't see Warren putting Sheeraz in with Bentley his first fight back from an injury. Sheeraz himself said he'd like to put himself in contention for a title by 2025, so there is no reason for him to rush the Bentley fight.

Heaney in June and then Bentley in November likely.

 

Hamzah wants a world title shot next year 2024.. if all goes well this year ..

 

I'm a big Sheeraz fan and think he can go all the way if he's managed correctly. At the moment he is not ready for that level and won't be for some time. He needs to tidy up his game inside the ring whilst building his star power outside of the ring and become a name in British boxing. He should be a lot bigger than he is, but due to bad promotion he is already being outshone by less experienced prospects like Azim, Itauma, etc. No reason at all to rush his career and have him take unnecessary losses before he is ready.

although middleweight is very weak right now. Your delusion is laughable. He's clearly not good enough for world level, and how padded his resume is says the Warrens aren't confident in him either.

just becoming the first ever english-pakistani to win a british title ever ( not one single one ever has even been good enough to win that) should be his goal

 

I'd 100% make Bentley a favourite, not crazy favourite but something like 1/4

 

In a vlog posted on Hamzah Sheeraz YouTube channel he hinted that he'll be fighting for the British title in July. The video was recorded prior to Bentley blasting Smith out in 1 round which may have forced him to reconsider that fight at this stage of his career.

Would be very unwise to fight Bentley coming off an injury and by the looks of it not living the life of a boxer.
