Im not so sure about that. The Roy who fought Ruiz would be favored to win.

 

Prime Roy Jones was nearly untouchable and certainly a guy whose feet are in cement and throws as slowly as Joyce doesn't touch him.

Man I hate to say it but Jones might have a reasonable chance of hustling for the win here. Joyce is that slow. On the other hand if Jones gets tired in any way or slows down Joyce will fold him in half and eat him for lunch.

 

Ruiz would have beaten Joyce quite easily. RJJ wouldn’t even get touched by Joyce lol

Lol Pretty much this. I’d say that constant Michael Myers zombie type pressure would wear Jones down by the 7th or 8th round and one of those clubbing punches would start the beginning of the end for Jones. The follow ups to that would Glen Johnson Roy.
