Why are you still trying to hype a Eubank Jnr fight…it’s not happening, unless you’re talking about next year.
Don't think he will, that's his style that he seems to be crafting for himself now. Sort of B level, northpaw Rigo. Think that's why the lad in his last fight did so well, considering we all thought Dalt would disperse him in the first 6, he was so unconventional and a bit herky jerky in his rhythm that Dalt struggled with his timing
Some undercard additions: - Pat McCormack vs Tony Dixon - Hopey Price vs Jimmy Beech Jr - Beatriz Ferreira - Nico Leivars - Junaid Bostan - Aaron Bowen - Cory O'Regan Pretty poor undercard. Good step-ups for McCormack and Price though. Main event should be decent. Remember that Smith is also challenging for Maxwell's Commonwealth Title as well as defending his British Title.
I think the quality has dropped on Matchroom's undercard in recent months. What is all the money from DAZN spent on ? Does a large part of the money end up in secret bank accounts around the world ?
This is probably the weakest undercard all year. Remember it was supposed to take place on April 29 but it got delayed, and Harper Braekhaeus and Khoumari Bellotti were going to be on the undercard but got moved to different cards. May 20 is a great card, May 27 is unlucky with Conway Udofia being off, and June 10 is a great undercard but the main event won't be too exciting. It is more of a reflection of the numerous number of British promoters and lack of depth right now. Matchroom have definitely put on the best UK undercards out of all the promoters this year. Matchroom have also made some great signings this month. There could be another US World Champion signing very soon...
This content is protected Good undercard addition. More competitive fights like this for domestic titles are needed rather than important overseas opponents on short notice or nothing 6/8 rounders. Sky had a good one with Levi Giles against Michael Gomez Jr similar to this on the Smith Eubank card.
