Just thinking about how Isaac Cruz, Leo Santa Cruz, and even Rollie Romero were all able to land flush early and when you combine that with Ryan's speed, explosiveness, and power, it could be night night early... Ryan dropping Tank in rounds 1-3 and then finishing him off in rounds 4-6 is a scenario I actually envisioned... and there happens to be a +3000 bet on this...
This fight is gonna be like the kid in Once Upon a Time in America, with that cupcake thing. He's just gonna keep going back for more but you keep thinking he won't but then he will. But, deep down, you knew he would, even if you thought he wouldn't.
I would not be surprised. Both fighters are heavily flawed and could be rather easily exploited and dominated by an elite fighter. The problem with picking either man is they both have glaring flaws. I don't see either man being levels above the other.
Me either, however, rangy fighters, fast fighters, heavy handed fighters, accurate fighters all seem to give Tank the most issues, to the point where he stops throwing. Ryan Garcia is a rangy, accurate, VERY fast, VERY heavy handed fighter.
I put some V Cash on Ryan but I still think he will get over confident with his lead on the cards and get caught. I would love to be wrong
The poise and intelligence he showed calmly walking down and dissecting Luke Campbell and Javier Fortuna, shows how smart of a fighter he is. He learns from his mistakes, and never makes them again.
I'm picking Tank but absolutely nothing would surprise me, here. With Garcia's size, speed, skill and power, you could very well be right. However, I am going with the countervailing set of skills in southpaw puncher with much greater big fight experience.
