All about who can take the other's punch better. Both fast, but Pac is faster. Tank is a better counter puncher and very accurate. Pac is accurate too. Who has the more power on the left hand? Not sure. If Pac can take Tank's punch decently well, I'm going with Pac all day. Tank's output is too low.
