He's not that same kid that had his mom and pops put up their entire paycheck to take him across the country to fight. That Garcia would have gotten up and continued. This rich version doesn't need the money and isn't hungry anymore. That's my take anyway.

he should have fought both Rolly & Pitbull Cruz… before taking on the beast known as Tank.

but then he would be rolling the dice to lose the Tank fight. Which is why no tune up.
He needed more seasoning not less

You know Tanks trainer was almost too happy during the build up to this fight- almost like he was like they won the lottery by fighting this boxer because Ryan had nothing other then a social media following.

How do you explain Garcia's taking a knee ridiculously?

Idk. I think he doesn't know what to do with a machine like Ryan. I think Ryan was his own coach, tbh. That's something he's been doing for a long time.

Biggest disappointment was that he quit. That was pathetic

That needs no explanation, everybody saw what happened.

And nobody could explain it. He received a shot, 5 seconds later took a knee. He probably thought "it's a good opportunity to end the fight as scripted".

It's not strange for a fighter to act that way from a liver shot. He was truly hurt and maybe he could have made an attempt to continue but it wouldn't have lasted a minute more. It wasn't scripted. He knew it was over, same way Morales did against Pac.

The liver is the nuts of the abdomen.

It was alright, by no means a barn burner but good to watch overall.

No real complaints here, we need more big fights being scheduled.
