    I feel the top 2 are obvious with Usyk #1 and Inoue #2. People may disagree with Beterbiev being so high but he is the pfp hardest puncher right now and unified against stiff competition. But I do think that if Bivol or Beterbiev ever face Bivol will come out on top. Also Shakur at 10 May rub some people the wrong way but I think Stevenson is legit. H2H he is either number one or two south of 147lbs.
