Steve Robinson, Manuel Medina, Tom Johnson, Wilfredo Vasquez, Paul Ingle, Yuyani Bungu Kevin Kelley and Cesar Soto were all ring magazine ranked top 5 fighters when Hamed beat them. All but Soto were stopped.

Hamed was 16-1 in world title fights. If there are fighters in history who beat more top 5 ranked fighters FWs than him, there aren't many.

He lacked an elite win, but I wouldn't describe his career achievements as a joke.

That list is freaking joke, man. You can make an argument for kelly, period (and he was a 37 yo featherweight, lol).

The more I look at hamed's CV, the more of a hypejob he looks like.

When opinions differ, its best to defer to quantifiable, demonstrable facts. Hamed beat 8 x Ring top 5 ranked FWs. How many top 5 ranked fighters has Tank (who is an excellent fighter, btw) beaten? How many FWs in history beat 8 x fighters ranked in the top 5 at the time of their fight?

P.s. Kevin Kelley wasn't 37 when he fought Naz, he was 30.

How about the fact that Steve Robinson won 8 world title fights, and beat good fighters like Paul Hodkinson, Duke McKenzie, Colin McMillan.

Yeah he had a rough start to his career like Freddie Pendleton did, but both men actually turned it around and happened to be pretty good world class fighters in the end.

Again as I said to the other poster, yes Steve Robinson had a rough start to his career but turned it around like Freddie Pendleton. You don't win 8 world title fights if your not world class.

You're commenting on Hamed's opposition, yet had never heard of Steve Robinson.

You're offering your opinion in an area where your knowledge is deficient. If you attempt to answer the 2 x questions I posed in my previous post, you may learn something.

Lastly I'm not even a fan of Naseem Hamed for your information, but he beat a handful of world class/ranked opponents and that is a fact.
