I notice you didn't try to answer my question. I wonder why ? lol. Guess you cannot in all honesty lol
Why is it you Mayweather/Canelo fans always accuse anyone that is less than worshipping them of HATING them. I do not hate either of them but I honestly have no respect for either one. You only have to look at their records & the dark clouds of suspicion that hang over both of them. Both of them were proven to have abused the rules & cheated, Canelo with Clenbuterol & Floyd with IV gate, not to mention the very suspicious judging in Vegas.
Yes Mayweather had more boxing talents than Gatti so has Canelo but talent alone doesn't make a FIGHTER!!! He's got to have a Champions heart & cojones. In my own personal estimation both Floyd & Canelo are sadly lacking in that department
I'm proud to be a supporter of real FIGHTERS like Gatti, Margarito etc But I'd never give one penny to either of the Divas. The sport Ive loved & Ive spent the majority of my life in & around is at the lowest ebb ever & to be honest it breaks my heart. Support who you will that s your right I don't have to agree, any more than you agree with me Have a great day

EXACTLY !!!! They either do that or they judge the fights 100% fairly & above board & do not get the big $$$$ assignments that much is obvious. That's corruption in my book

Golovkin was a natural middleweight, just an extremely strong and high skilled one, with incredible durability. He only usually gained 10lbs over night. That is not a weight bully. Chavez jr was a weight bully, but not that good a one.

For the 70+ people who voted no, I'd be curious to hear some specific criteria for what they believe constitutes an ATG.

I'd likewise be curious to see where Golovkin ranks on their all time middleweight lists (and who they each have above him).

For my 2 cents, he was considered the best at 160 for a decent stretch of time. Definitely an ATG as I see it.

What did that video prove? Count the fouls & wild punches hitting air or rabbit punches LOL Youre just a Floyd addict. Youre like a little 13 yr old girl over Justin Beiber LOL I asked you a serious question but sadly you were unable to answer it . You know as well as I do Floyd had several losses that were slid under the carpet
TBE ???? ROFLMAO The Biggest con artist ever maybe. Over & out

It's fair. I'd say he barely, BARELY classifies as an ATG. Dominated middleweight for roughly a decade while being avoided by literally everyone, went to war with (and IMO twice beat) Canelo, who I personally classify as an ATG. Golovkin's resume isn't terrible either, he has pretty good wins against Jacobs, Brook and Lemieux. I've seen ATGs with much worse resumes.

Pretty good middleweight accomplishments ,if truth be told 24 consecutive title defenses,20 by devastating KO, won the lenear and Ring magazine title as well, twice defeating future hall of famer Canelo Alvarez in competitive wars .Only lost when he went up to Challenge for the undisputed supermiddle weight title against nemesis Canelo Alvarez at the age of 40, losing a close competitive decision.

For me the answer is a easy hell nah, to be a ATG you gotta fight and beat other great fighters, ppl try to spin the most feared thing but factually GGG has had multiple opportunities vs elite fighters and made excuses playing games not to fight. All of his best wins are vs guys who are known for losing big fights and not winning and a fake defense record of a JV WBA belt.. GGG spent his entire career doing what we bash guys like Charlo for doing, sitting around fighting nobodies waiting to get picked

    dude
That video was to show you the levels above
    That Floyd is over Gatti.

keep in mind this thread is about GGG & wether or not he should be considered an ATG. (Which for the record I think he should for the accomplishments in his career overall - Not lately though)

The whole reason we are even having this “discussion” is because you took exception
    To me saying:
“Well if Gatti can make it into the hall then yeah… RIP champ”

You then go on to wax poetically about Gati’s Balls & Heart - how he is better then Floyd & Canelo …. YOU brought them up not me.

i merely share the video to show you just how rediculous it is to make the statements you are making about Gatti over Floyd & Canelo.

Gatti was a punching bag compared to the skils of Mayweather or Canelo.
you are clearly blinded by your biases.
    It is a pointless discussion.

Ive seen the fight many times thanks. Now let me explain something.....
If Floyd had the cojones he would have done, what the fans all wanted him to, & that is fight Antonio Margarito after he had legitimately beaten the living hell out of Cotto. He made him go to his knees & quit. Ive no doubt you seen Floyd's excuses why he didn't. The laughable one was Floyd's " Who is Antonio Margarito, I don't know who he is"!!! LOL Floyd knew exactly who he was when he walked up to him & politely asked him "Why wont you fight me "? ROFL Ive no doubt you've seen the video's of that encounter where Floyd literally goes hysterical blabbering like Daffy Duck he was hysterical literally terrified. His goons had wandered off & little Floyd was alone. Floyd really embarrassed himself for all the world to see TBE????? Nah TBC The Biggest Coward !!
Oscar too bragged when Marg/ Cotto1 was announced saying he wanted the winner until he saw what Marg did to Cotto ROFL So instead he picked on little Pacquaio Big Mistake Pac ended Oscars career doing the same thing to Oscar as Marg did to Cotto. Id call that Karma at its best
That would have been the one Mayweather fight I would have willingly go ringside live for IF Mayweather had the set of stones he sadly lacked. I KNOW Antonio would have beaten him down like he did Cotto ,only easier, Floyd could run but he couldn't hide & he hadn't got the punch to deter Antonio for one second he'd have laughed at him
Antonio was in the way he had to be removed that debacle caused by Naz Richardson lies & fuelled by the CSAC's Keystone Kops actions gave them the excuse they needed to avoid him. They took away his licence to box for almost 3 years They didn't care that they ruined the career & tarnished the good name of a real FIGHTER!!!
