Bivols trainer is scared of Beterbiev, he knows Bivols physical weakness, he even admitted in the interview that Bivol needs extra months to prepare for him. Your reading comprehension is something to mock. He said that Bivol is a paper champ because he never won the belt off of anyone. Bivol got the BS interim belt, then upgraded to WBA regular belt and later got the Super belt when Ward retired. He never beat a top opponent to be crowned champion. Nothing was said about Bivol´s ability or quality as a fighter.
Pretty sure Hearn doesn´t want the fight either. TR will be adamant about it being on ESPN, best case is a joint PPV. It´s too big of a hassle and Hearn would rather have Bivol fight his stable instead, and of course Canelo.

Bivol has been WBA Champion since 2017 and still to this day has not yet fought any Champion in the LHW division !
