How can Saunders who quit be number 1. At least the others took their beatings and did not quit. Ryder is number 1 and Saunders is last in my opinion.
Be Serious man did you not see his eye?Until that happened Billy Joe was doing very well in the fight.Another brave keyboard warrior
No he was not all. Canelo closed the gap pretty quickly getting to him in round 1. He Saunders was the one who condemned other boxers like Dubois for quitting with eye issues in a fight. I may be many things but key board warrior I am not. Perhaps you will be better served by pointing out Saunders hypocrisy.
Well i disagree with you i thought Saunders was more than holding his own.You certainley are a key board warrior.Billy Joe suffered a broken eye socket and broke his cheekbone in three places ,so he hardly quit
It was Billy Jane Saunders who accused boxers like Dubois of quitting with an eye injury against Joe Joyce. Why should the rules be different for the despicable hypocrite? The coward’s words condemned him.
You never mentioned him being hypocritical in your original post, just that he quit.I am saying he didnt and him saying that about other fightrs is wrong. But you were also wrong saying he quit
I stand by what I say. I am pretty sure you have never seen me say a boxer quit and I never will but I will say it about Saunders as an exception. His very own words condemn him.
Juan Ryder did the best in the regard that he was badly compromised by the pair of broken nostrils from very early into the fight. He was really swimming against the tide from that moment on and in waters he was already supposed to drown in as it was. Khan was boxing Clenelo's ears off prior to getting clipped but it was a grotesque size mismatch BJS 2.0 was holding his own and he was loosening up and getting into his groove when he suffered the freak injury. A relaxed in his groove flowing BJS 2.0 would've caused Clenelo nightmares I do like Beefy Smiths performance against Clenelo too. He fought him at his own game and outfought him at it during spells as well
That Saunders fight was real anticlimax the way it ended. He was warming up nicely, slowly starting to work out Canelo, getting more and more confident, It was just getting really interesting till that injury happened! Such a shame. He did kind of quit though but it was a bad injury.
Yeah, you could see he was starting to become more relaxed and was feeling it. Had he fought at that level and on a stage of that magnitude before he would've settled sooner.
It’s not at all. He is a POS sure and there are many in boxing but I have a cardinal rule when it comes to boxing which is I don’t **** around. Saunders gets zero credit from the Canelo fight and yes he quit. Like I said this judgment is not from me but from his own words which have come back to hunt him and condemn him.
You are so full of yourself its untrue.Of coarse the judement is on you, it is your belief.I to have a cardinal rule, not only in boxing but in life. That is there is no point argueing with fools and therefore i wish you good night and take care
I hate to say it but most brits are easy licks in boxing. They come with a lot of hype and fanbase but the majority of them just aren't that good. There are of course outliers like joe cordina but he's half italian like joe calzaghe.
