Has Usyk vs Dubois deadline passed? What the hell is going on?

    How long can Usyk delay this, what is there to negotinate. Is WBA strict about its rules, they say it is a deadline 1st of May, and now it is 9th. I mean, why are this things so complicated - if Dubois is injured, let Hrgovic fight Usyk, if Usyk doesnt want to fight mandatory, strip him.

    Maybe Dubois hasn't fully recovered from his injury, so they pushed the deadline with the intention of making that fight happen, Hrgovic doesn't bring much money, so Usyk probably wouldn't be interested in that fight...

    The WBA with their multiple belt divisions have no right to strip anyone of their world, regular, interim, extra medium belts. They can wait.

    The fact that Warren has no interest in trying to stage the fight in the UK says it all.

    The fight needs a promoter who is prepared to put up the money to stage the fight.

    I hope you now how fights are maden, someone has to finance it

    Both sides don't wanna pay for the fight.
    Fight will not happen in the UK and for sure not in Ukraine

    So Usyk's team is trying to get it maden by Knockout Promotions Poland.

    So fight against Hrgovic also won't happen
    Hrgovic can fight Bakole, I think both sides would accept it for 250k each

    It's good news. Dubious shouldn't be fighting Usyk. He's not worthy.

    Usyk and his champion activity, holding few belts... I still hope seeing him fighting Dubois or Hrgovic before December, otherwise he must be stripped of belts. I wonder what interest he'll generate if any of those two fights happen.

    The WBA needs to stand down, then. they can't be appointing contenders that no one will pay to see fight.

    Fury/Usyk is the only fight that makes sense for either one of them right now. Can't they just do a 60/40 split in favor of Fury and a variable split to be negotiated later for a rematch?
