I couldn't care less if you've participated in the sport, there's 10's of thousands of pro-boxers, who can't box their way out of a paper bag, so that means nothing. Same goes for the countless clueless trainers incapable of imbuing their fighters with the knowledge to make the needed adjustments when struggling with an opponent.

As far as all of the scary jab talk, I already addressed all of this in my post earlier in the thread. Loma has some of the best parrying skills in the sport, it will be negated and rendered utterly worthless in a few rounds.

Sure one just has to read your posts to see that thread of objectivity. You are a funny guy.

I told you and others before they fought that Lopez power would intimidate Loma and that his athleticism and skills were also issues. As I predicted Lopez defeated Loma clearly.

You do know it’s possible Haney could potentially stop Loma on Saturday. That could happen amongst the possible outcomes.

Like I said, lets see what happens and then revisit this thread. If you guys are getting upset because literally millions of people are not picking Loma for the win, including the Vegas odds makers, well, what can be said about this? It's just the internet guys. Not an emotional roller coaster.

It's tactic for Haney and his fans to say dumb **** like that ?

Loma is the guy who makes others quit, frustrate, not Haney.

responding to something that is opposite of true is considered emotional ?

You not being able to read the poll correctly is not surprising, based on your interpretation of the fight. At the time of this posting the poll has it 47 for Haney, 59 for Loma, and 2 for the draw. Obviously a website poll does not dictate what will happen in the fight, but your inability to comprehend the results of a simple poll says a lot about you.

You are being criticized not because you are picking Haney to win, but because of the outlandish way you believe it will happen. My suggestion would be to defend yourself with reasoning instead of using the victim mentality like you did in your response to me. I have no idea what your agenda is, but it is clear you have one. There was only one person who posted an emotional response, and it wasn't me.

I love this. Haney tells Loma to his face that he is a dirty fighter. Good build up:

You mean the biggest weight bully in the entire sport, who despite the fact he has never fought a single world champion remotely close to his own size and is a welterweight beating up on 126, 130 and average-sized 135 pounders, and is suped up on Victor Conte's 'supplements,' is a human octopus who holds all these fighters he outweighs by 2 or even 3 divisions like crazy

And as is almost the norm for US fighters when fighting at home for world title fights but never happens anywhere else in the world for world title fights, will have the huge advantage of a full set of home officials to allow him to hold or cheat like crazy if he wants to and rob his opponent lied through his teeth about Loma being a dirty fighter because he wants even more advantages stacked in his favour by not allowing the much smaller man to fight on the inside while he's hugging him to death?

    Possible but highly unlikely.

The man is not known as a KO artist.

He should be a slight favourite on account of his size and youth.

But Loma is more skilled, so I think that ill balance most of Haney's advantages.

I should be a close, interesting fight.

''Terence Crawford older than Loma, is he old? No,” said Haney to a group of reporters recently. “They not saying that he old, don’t say that Loma's old. Now all of a sudden he got old overnight.”

    Shakur Stevenson

Interviewer: ''You saw Loma recently, how was that?''

Shakur: ''Yeah I seen him. He looked small. That's what I really was thinking. He's tiny for 135, I just moved up and I felt way bigger than Lomachenko''

Interviewer: ''He's like a natural featherweight''

Shakur: ''I think he should go back down. I think he'd be a lot better at 130''

"Devin is too big. Like, I think the size ... don't get me wrong, Lomachenko can fight. Devin is way out of his weight class. He's going to make 35 and then shoot up to 150 or 160 nine times out of 10, and Lomachenko is going to be 137 or 138, so it's just not even fair to me."

“I think he [Devin Haney] smokes Lomachenko.

“I didn’t like the way he looked against Ortiz. I saw him in the gym two or three weeks ago, he looked like a 126lb fighter, he doesn’t look like a 135lb fighter.

“I think Dev is too long and tall.”

But now Haney wants to pretend that Loma isn't tiny for 135, that he's isn't gigantic for 135 and the size difference between them isn't absolutely obscene, that Loma isn't old, that he should be P4P#1 for beating an old way smaller past prime Loma who looked terrible in his last fight and who he described as ''whack'' when Loma was in his prime. You can't make this **** up

Lol well said. I won't be surprised if Haney wins on Saturday, but for him to claim that Loma is a dirty fighter while relying almost entirely on excessive clinching (illegal) and ducking below the waist (also illegal) is very rich.

It's comical and pathetic in equal measure.

Imagine weighing three divisions more than your opponent, having home advantage, a home ref and three home judges (remember unfair it was going to be if Kambosos had any home judges when Haney fought him in Australia and how all 8 officials for both fights came from neutral countries), being one of the biggest octopuses in the game, and still trying to ensure your tiny blown up 126 pounder opponent isn't allowed to fight on the inside by lying through your teeth about them being a dirty fighter and then his fans who worship at the altar of the most dirty fighter in recent memory Andre Ward co-sign his lies?

It's all bravado, so fair play - but Haney's dad, sorry - he seems like an utter POS of the highest order.
