Wasserman have by the highest ratings on DAZN, Matchroom shown are way down when in comes to viewers. The last Dillan Whyte fight only had 60000 people watching the UK.
DAZN are working with several different promoters. We were complaining that there were too many different stables of fighters in the UK for a small but talented pool of fighters. It also means that the undercard fights will all be broadcasted. We have missed the development of Matty Harris for example. None of his fights on Channel 5 have been televised which won't be the case when he fights on the Josh Kelly card.
Yeah his last fight was on channel 5. Don’t like this if it means no more channel 5 Friday night shows.
me being thick, I am a Dazn subscriber, can I watch Wasserman shows on Dazn or is it extra for theirs? I'm aware I'm probably sounding like an eejit.

Channel 5 extended their deal with Wasserman recently so I doubt this means the end of boxing on the channel. To be fair to Channel 5 they have given live boxing a terrestrial home for 12 or so years now when the likes of ITV have dabbled and pulled out. That said, it looks as if the Channel 5 shows going forward will be Harlem Eubank headlining with other prospects. To see Wasserman’s more established fighters it’ll be DAZN or Sky PPV.
With the exception of their two British title shows, every other show theyve had on 5 has been junk. I would much rather Hennessy have those dates. Every year he had at least one fight of the year contender. The big mistake he made was not putting Hughie v Parker on 5. He done his bunce anyway so he lost a lot of goodwill by going YouTube PPV. Crazy!
