You could make a strong case for Hrgovic who beat Zhang.

Usyk koing Wilder will make him look bad too. There really aren't any scenarios that make Fury look good.

I understand that, what in trying to explain here is that Beyonce punches harder than them all. You’re soft

Wilder hasn't stopped guys with proven durability. We don't have enough evidence so say he's a bigger puncher than Joshua Bakole Gassiev etc.

Joshua's knockouts of Kevin Johnson and Povetkin are objectively probably more impressive kayoed than anything Wilder has because both guys had proven durable against big punchers.

Gassievs knockout percentage is brought down by his early fights. Since 2015 he stopped all but 2 opponents

Honestly, you guys need to give it up with this "punching" argument already.

Wilder didn't stop Tyson Fury, the largest World Heavyweight Champion in boxing history, who Wilder gave up 40 pounds to in all their fights, and yet Wilder still dropped him four times.

That's it. Just Fury. Wilder stopped everyone else he fought.

On the flip side, some of the guys who went the distance with Bakole and Gassiev are downright comical ... Ferenc Zsalek, Lukasz Rusiewicz, Kamil Sokolowski, Roman Mirzoev, Daniil Zakharenko, Igor Pylypenko, Ivan Serbin, Ivan Bucarin, Ismael Abdoul ... among others.

Hell, Hearn specifically picked Jermain Franklin for Joshua to blow out ... and even he went the distance.

Wilder will be the hardest puncher Usyk has ever faced.

Nobody needs to argue this. Wilder is a brutal puncher. Usyk is a great boxer. If Usyk can take Wilder's punch, he'll win. If he can't take it, he'll lose.

It's real easy. Now, the WBA just needs to make it.

Since 2015 two guys have gone the distance with Gassiev one of whom was Usyk. Evidently guys who went the distance early in his career no longer can. Those early fights are seemingly not representative of what he could do at his best. Gassiev was the first to stop Wlocardczyk and Dorticos. Guys who were actually tested against good opponents.

Wilder's ko percentage might be linked to his generally poor level of opposition.

Some of the other guys to drop or wobble Fury are downright comical. Pajkic, shot cw featherfist Cunningham, Abell and Firtha.

Ward used Froch KOing Bute as an exemple of him being better and not being worthy of a fight against him. Fury would do the same.

You can't get much poorer a level of opposition than the guys I named, and Bakole and Gassiev didn't stop them.

(I even left off all the name fighters they didn't stop )

Wilder stopped all his **** can opponents. He stopped all his ranked opponents. He stopped all his title challengers ... all except Fury.

    Bakole couldn't. Gassiev couldn't. Joshua couldn't.

Stopping everyone you've fought isn't easy, regardless of who they are.

Catch up. Basically everyone's finally figured this out except you.

Since entering his prime Gassiev hasn't failed to stop guys though. His pre prime performances are no more relevant than the guys Wilder couldn't stop as an amateur. Gassiev not stopping a guy in 2013 doesn't have any bearing on what he could do at his best. It seems silly to argue otherwise. Jared Anderson currently has a higher knockout percentage than Wilder as does Makhmudov. By your logic are Anderson and Makhmudov are both monster punchers because they have Wilderesque ko percentages?

To put things in perspective, Wilder has kayoed exactly one clear top 10 heavyweight in Ortiz.
Mike Tyson by contrast stopped like 8 as did Lewis.

And what I carefully delineated is that no, he doesn't. He has crushed a lot of cans, and knocked down Fury, who demonstrably does not have the best chin. A lot of guys could have done better.

Nothing you just typed there makes any sense at all.

Wilder knocked out all of his pro opponents except Fury. Wilder was green when he turned pro. He still knocked everyone out.

To put things in perspective, Gassiev didn't stop all the cans he fought. Gassiev didn't stop all the contenders he fought. Gassiev only stopped half the guys he fought cruiserweight title fights. And Gassiev hasn't fought anyone at heavyweight.

Deontay Wilder hits harder than Gassiev. If you don't agree, you're wrong. Same with Marco Huck, Chisora, Chazz ... they don't punch harder than Wilder.

I don't know why you're bringing up Lennox Lewis and Mike Tyson, because Usyk hasn't fought them and isn't expected to.

The days of arguing IF Wilder can punch are over. He's ONE-PUNCH-KOED his name into history among the heavyweights.

Wilder fought 42 different men, he stopped 41 of them. It didn't matter if they were good or if they sucked, if they were lighter than him or heavier than him, if he was green or if he was injured, if they were ranked by the WBC, the WBA, by Ring or not ranked at all.

He stopped them all except Fury. He made 10 successful WBC Heavyweight title defenses, scoring 9 stoppage wins.

Deontay Wilder punches harder than anyone Usyk has fought. He can punch.

If you haven't picked up on that after the guy has left everyone he's fought for last 14 years either out on their feet on flat on their backs staring up blankly at the lights, one conversation with me isn't going to change your mind.

So I'll leave it at that.
