Katie Taylor must have the worst body language of any boxer ever, she seems like she’s been made to fight under duress

 

That was Taylor's 2nd defeat having clearly lost to Delfine Persoon in New York on the Joshua v Ruiz undercard.

Now she has a 100% defeat pro record in Ireland.

 

Cameron isn’t a star fighting anyone apart from Taylor.
You won’t see her headlining any shows if they actually want to sell tickets.

 

Glad to see the right woman won. Agree with the posters saying it was decent enough to watch but the overall quality being poor. Plenty of effort and arm punches. Thought Cameron bullied Taylor a bit early on, but Taylor clawed it back a bit in the later rounds and was landing some nice shots throughout, but wasn't enough in the end. I expect there will be a rematch and would expect a similar outcome.

 

Well it’s all about Haney-Loma now.

Sportscene and Match of the Day for me and then straight into some proper world class men’s boxing.

 

She did well, but surely not with Mayer and Baumgardner in the building.

 

Laura Woods said “what an incredible fight”. It was decent but not “incredible”.

Taylor should retire in my opinion. She should have retired after the Serrano win. She lost to a fighter she shouldn’t have because of old age and all the damage she has taken throughout her career.

 

Chantelle would have done her 4 years ago as well.

 

Not much money in a rematch I’d say- not sure why Taylor would want to take on Cameron again especially as she will be 37 by the Summer.

 

Happens over and over in boxing. She should def retire, has a lot of miles on the clock.

 

Then why don't you crawl back under your rock and only re-emerge from it and then enlighten us all when you have put your finger on it...

 

Time to call it a day for taylor. Not seen loads of her....but the weight jump and age looks to have degraded her to the point shes taking a beating more and more in there and having too push herself too much too stay in some of these fights.

Pretty sure boxings katies main motivation in life....but its time to start trying to find enjoyment away from boxing now. Achieved everything there was to achieve.

 

Chantelle could fight her every week for the next 2 years and win every time.

Only corrupt judges could win a fight for Taylor.
