Welp… heartbroken for Loma. But he made a damn good account of himself tonight with all he’s been through and 35 with over 400 fights ams and pro.

    Hall Of Famer

Paulie, Linares & Crawford saying Haney lost. Will be interesting to start hearing other fighters opinions on this. Nobody thinks Haney won, only people who dislike Loma … I don’t think Haney has any fans so I cant really tell you what they must be thinking about the outcome

Yeah well, my "**** posting" has gotten me well over 200 likes tonight, which I'll take as a seal of approval and ringing endorsement that my response has been the accurate one. The vast majority of the forum is outraged, and you're not. I'm not the one having an odd reaction.

I can't see how you can see this - the only area of the fight that Haney had any real success in was his body work, but for nearly every body shot that Haney score, Loma would follow it with sneaky counter lefts and snap Haney's head back, on top of the exchanges where Loma initiated & finished it.
Loma was catching his jabs or they were missing, leaving Haney's body work as his only effective outlet, and that didn't ever seem to hurt Loma or punctuate exchanges to make it seem like Haney was the boss.

Loma was the aggressor, backed the bigger man up most of the fight, scored more clean shots, had the only dominant rounds, and hurt the other guy on a couple of occasions.

Most of the rounds I scored for Haney (were rounds that I felt were very close and could have been scored for Loma, but gave it to Haney for the harder body shots. but still had it either 116-112 or 115-113 Loma.

Yea at this point the best outcome boxing fans can hope for is that the guy just has an unfortunate sudden demise. Maybe a heart attack so he can feel some pain

Well this is what I generally observe with terrible decisions.
Eg kovalev vs ward 1. Maybe 1 media outlet out of 100 had it for ward. So the 'it could have gone either way' narrative starts.
Then they start openly saying ward won a year or two later when its been memory holed.

Its all part of the system to make robberies legitamate wins overtime.

Did I stutter? Lopez barely beat an injured, one armed Loma, who needed shoulder surgery right after, then he went out and lost to Kambosos and then he won a questionable decision in his last fight against a MAYBE top 20, top 25 euro fighter.

Sounds like he'll be alright. Thought maybe he was in a coma or suffered bad brain damage.
