Nah he didn't deserve to win and his resume is trash. There's no one in the top 10 he deserves to replace and the fact he's never fought much less beaten a single prime world champion close to his size when everyone else in there has many times and a bunch of them beaten ones bigger or much bigger many times ensures he'll never feature in mine until he does

That's not how P4P works in my eyes. The bare minimum requirement for inclusion is beating a prime world champion your size. Not too much to ask at all.

He probably will. He ran away from the face off with him like a little female dog

Never and for that exact reason and at least he beat a same sized Wlad albeit an old well past prime one

Haney has literally only fought one puncher too. A shot inactive Linares who hadn't fought in 16 months and we all saw what happened there when he got clipped and saved by the bell. I said at the time a prime Linares would've knocked his ass out and I'm even more sure of it now and so are his fans albeit they'd never admit to it of course. But they know

Boxing News just published an article literally advising me not to trust you as a man.

Close fights are not a crime. They happen. They do not need to be described as “robberies” or a “disgrace” just to create a talking point or offer an attention-grabbing way for you to offer your opinion. Besides, in a fight like Haney vs. Lomachenko, where technical prowess is off the charts and every round is edged by the smallest of details, only a certain kind of person will make a strong case for one fighter winning over the other and that person is not someone you should trust, be it in the context of scoring fights or in more general terms. Because nobody can with any sort of conviction or expertise call a fight as well-matched and well-fought as Haney vs. Lomachenko. It’s what, in many ways, made it such an unenviable task for the three judges responsible for doing so. It’s what, in many ways, made it such a compelling fight to observe.

    Harsh

No card of his own though, Worsell.

That is the ceremonial weigh in. I agree with you though, he could drop down.

What kind of dog is Tyson Fury then? A fat Saint Bernard that likes to curl up by the fireplace with a barrel of brandy around it's neck?

Not sure that it would be a good idea to tie brandy round Fury's neck.

 I probably stopped reading that magazine before I started posting here

When you rob the rightful winner of their victory it's a robbery and a crime

Some of their stuff is not bad and it's really kinda key for keeping up with the stuff that isn't televised over here IMO.

But that is a classic "balanced viewpoint accidentally drives right off a ****ing cliff" day-after a robbery articles, one of my very favourite reads.

Haney was wearing a hoodie to hide his skeletal face. I saw another video in which he stepped inside a curtained off area on to the scales then quickly moved out still hiding his face.
