Spence vs Crawford Is Finally On, Predictions?

That's 4 top fights announced yesterday.

Joshua v (probably) Whyte in August. (AJ Wins)
Crawford v Spence late July. (Can't decide, I need to ponder over this).
Usyk v Dubois in August. (Usyk wins in a walkover)
Beterbiev v Smith in August. (Beterbiev wins in a sustained beating).

Hopefully none of them cancelled / postponed due to injury. Also Stanionis Ortiz for American fans on July 8 and I think we'll see Canelo against Bivol or Benavidez in September. Hopefully Fury gets out too in the summer even if the opponent isn't great. Would be great to see Eubank Benn to be honest too despite what's gone on.

 

Have to go for Crawford on points. Spence is terribly inactive, has been walking around heavy, plus those injures to his body simply have to catch up sometime.

 

Why would it be great to watch a drug cheat vs a weight drained fighter? It’s embarrassing.

 

I still think Crawford has beaten ,overall, a really weak series of competition. Shot Kahn, Short Brook. Horn who has one good if controversial top tier win and some others with very few top fighter.

Spence has beaten slightly better competition for me. I think his injuries will probably catch up with him but hoping he wins this one.

 

Crawford for me. Even though his resume isn't what it should be, I think he's the best boxer on the planet.

Very close fight for me, I give the edge to Crawford due to his superior activity and I think he's the more intelligent boxer.

I think Spence in a boring fight personally. He has the size advantage.

I’ve seen Benavidez work out and he is huge for a super middle, he could be dominant at cruiser now. I don’t think Canelo will rush to box him.

 

Crawford has never pulled out of a fight as a pro. If he does, feel free to rub this in my face lol.

 

I'm going with Crawford so long as he's on point and his age hasn't started to become a factor. He's 35 or 36 I believe. I hope Crawford wins as well. I really can't wait for this, a fight of the highest quality.
