    Can find you an 80 year old Russian Babushka who does it every day of her life and has a 10 tonne wood stack next to her hut and probably a small picture of Tyson Fury above her bed.

    I broke an axe head off in wood before. I don't look like Joshua. I broke a shovel handle in half digging in the yard.

    I think the block of wood is the "star" here. :rolleyes:

    Joshua should practice the hard sparring part. Back muscles aren't going to help him avoid Wilder's right hand.

    He should be wearing eye protection. Those chunks of wood fly from that log with enough force to hurt your eyes easily.
