Canelos already had quite the ride, I’ll go with DB. I don’t think he can beat Biv.

Crazy to think Canelo is worth more than Ali already, and I don’t see him going broke.

I vote with the assumption he won so picked Bivol.

The smarter fight is Benavidez is because I don't think he beats Bivol.

Loses aren't good for your legacy.
Neither fight is best for Clenelo.

Clen needs wins for the legacy that make money. He'll fight Charlo at 168 next I think

If Canelo can sign to fight Bivol, not show up and get the win, I'll go with the Bivol fight. But if Canelo has to actually fight, he should fight Benavidez. Thats one he might be able to win.

The consensus is that Benavidez is the easier fight, which may be true. But Benavidez is also very difficult stylistically as well and more heavy handed than Bivol. Benavidez is more dangerous, has a good work rate as well like Bivol, the difference is Benavidez is easier to hit than Bivol, his defense isn't as good as Bivol's. Also Benavidez may not be as accurate as a puncher as Bivol. I say may because against Plant he was getting schooled for much of the fight but in the late rounds he stepped it up and became quite accurate. Lets put it this way, Bivol is more consistently accurate as a puncher, Canelo can slip Benavidez's punches and he's easier to counter. But both are very difficult, and neither is an easy fight to win. Benavidez has a longer reach which means, for example, if he pumps that jab he can keep Canelo at distance easier than Bivol can.

I had the Bivol fight like 8-4 for Bivol and while I’d pick him to win again it’s not out the question that Canelo with a better gas tank could edge a rematch.. I think Benavidez is a way easier fight due to styles, and considering the hype that fight might end up bringing more credit than a Bivol rematch.. but from a pure boxing perspective fighting Bivol is a bigger legacy fight than Benavidez. David hasn’t beaten nobody fr

After Crawford is done with Spence or vice versa Canelo could feast on the winner. Probably and intriguing bout without that much risk and plenty of reward. Fighting Andre Ward, Joe Calzaghe or Carl Froch could bring in some easy money. Hard to say this but this Jake or Logan Paul guy might be a good risk reward deal. Feasting on a Charlo might be worthwhile.

I don't think that Canelo has any obligation to fight Bivol or Benevides. Canelo should be able to draw Manny Pac into the ring for a scrap, biggest money ticket out there would however be a rematch vs Floyd Mayweather.

Canelo has no legacy and never will because he loses to anyone with a pulse

He fought shot Kovalev who shouldn't have been sanctioned to fight. Edging GGG in their 2nd bout was his best victory. Other than that BANG average and marketed to death. Ginger midget.

He should avoid Bivol like the plague, even if he roided to the gills and went radioactive he'd still get his face slapped off.

Canelo, like Floyd, doesn't have a great legacy. Both have too many dark clouds hanging over their careers. Both have had wins they didnt deserve as gifts given them by the Vegas judges. Misdemeanors swept under the carpet etc. The standard post on the forum for every upcoming fight is "all he has to do is be standing at the end & he cannot lose" That in itself kills their legacies for me.
You claim Canelo is worth more than Ali ???????? ROFL Canelo aint fit to carry Ali's jock strap.
