Canelo, Bivol's only request is that it's at 168 so he has the opportunity to fight for Canelo's belts like he gave Canelo the opportunity. That is more than fair.

If the fight doesn't happen, that's why. Not because of money, venue, purse split, but because Canelo doesn't want to risk his undisputed titles.

Bivol doesn't need that fight. He's already proven he's better than Canelo. If Canelo wants to try to avenge that defeat, then he pays for it.

I would prefer to see the undisputed fight, to be honest. But of course the problem with that is, that that arsehole Sulaiman is trying to make sure it doesn't happen.

The first 6 rounds couldve legitimately been 3-3. It was the 2nd half that was difficult to score more than a single round, if any, for Canelo.

No they can't. I have watch the fight like 2 or 3 times without commentators, with, etc, best scorecards for Canelo was 10-2. Fair was 11-1, 12-0.
Don't try to force your bias and opinion to others. There was plenty of threads for this as well, and the majority had it exactly between 10-2, 12-0.
Canelo landed next to nothing. Landing on your opponent elbows, gloves and shoulders are not scoring punches.
BTW, even though compubox is highly inaccurate and favoring the A-side, as the 2 people are easily biased to the so call "A"-side boxer, Canelo was outlanded IN EVERY SINGLE Round, by significant amount.

Go try to make a case for 3 rounds for Canelo i will debunk it in a second.

That is one interpretation of punches landed. Are we talking about power punches or range finding jabs? Using your own link Canelo landed 2 punches less in 5 rounds. Maybe everything Canelo landed in those rounds was power while Bivol was rangele finding jabs. 5 rounds to Canelo.

In reality 9-3 was a good, solid score. The criteria for scoring a round consists of punches landed, defense, ring generalship, and effectice aggression. Even if we assume Canelo landed nothing but jabs and Bivol landed nothing but power thats still only 1/4th of scoring criteria.

    Accurate, honest score is 9-3.

This is way no one takes Canelo fanboys serious. They are always twisting reality when it suit or doesn't suit them.
And this ain't my link, this is the compubox. As i said 2 people click a button for each fighter, when they supposedly see a landed punch.
It's highly inaccurate, as we see with the AI for Loma - Haney fight.
The reality is once again they are biased towards the A side, which was Canelo.
As it always was, same with GGG fights, which was debunked many times, as GGG outlanded Canelo by a lot bigger margin, than compubox is giving him credit for it.

And i knew you will fall for the usual Canelo lies, aka power punches. Eh, sorry to inform you, but there isn't a single round in which Canelo outlanded Bivol in power punches department, again, not a SINGLE one.

    So try again.
As far as the judging criteria, nice to say it, Bivol owns Clenelo in every single department as well.
He schooled Canelo and actually showed what a good footwork and defense is.
Canelo punches was landing on Bivol high guard and the only effective fighter was Bivol.

Every single department Canelo was schooled. He was send back to school buddy.

You can keep repeat the same, but, but, but he won 3 rounds, which no one would believe it, especially when you didn't make a single legit case for any round, cause you simply can't.

Again at the very beast and being generous to Ginger, you can give him 2 rounds, which was somehow close, but Bivol was still the better man.
Still 12-0 is more fair, than 10-2 in the realm of reality.
    Sorry your boy was school.
And there was a average scorecards both on here, and on other platforms with more than 1k. people voting on it, and the average was 118-110, aka 10-2.
And don't try, but, but, i'm not a Canelo fans, it's clear buddy.
    Good night.

Bivol gets 80%, Canelo 20% and the fight is held in Bivol's hometown of Tokmak, Krygyzstan.
Judges to be from Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Turkmenistan. Referee from Pakistan.

    Sounds fair to me.

Well, if you believe that then you must except that Canelo lost the last 7 out of 8 rounds, because the judges gave Canelo the 1st 4. Now, if you know how to score boxing, you know that **** ain't true. Canelo maybe won 1 out of the 1st 4 and maybe another 2 out of the remaining 8. Cannot give Canelo more than 3. The boy got beat by just a jab and 2 good feet. LOL

FYI the first 4 rounds were extremely close and competitive. 7 out of the last 8 rounds were won clearly by Bivol. 1 of the last 8 rounds (Round 9) was won clearly by Canelo. You can deny it all you want but Canelo definitely fought well in rounds 1-4. Not only did he land good shots but he was the aggressor, he had Bivol backed up to the ropes covering up. When you say Canelo "maybe won 1 out of the 1st 4" you're talking out of your ass. Each of those rounds, he was coming forward, taking the fight to Bivol, landing the harder shots. That's why the judges gave him those rounds. It's not hard to understand.

Bivol is a volume puncher, he maintains a high work rate and activity level, he throws a lot of relatively light, accurate punches. Mostly jabs and straights. Canelo, on the other hand, was loading up on his shots. So when you compare so-called power punches, that's anything other than a jab. But the "Power punches" that Canelo was landing, particularly in the first four rounds, had more of an impact.

So while Canelo threw and landed less punches per round, when he did land, they meant more than when Bivol landed. Because he put his all into his punches. That's why he won rounds 1-4. And I say he "won" those rounds, I know most people disagree, I'm just saying he technically won those rounds according to the judges. So don't get upset at me or other Canelo "fans" for explaining why he won those rounds. He won those rounds because he did better than Bivol in several areas. Bivol being sent back to the ropes and covering up was a part of that. But of course we all recognize that Bivol did well in those rounds also and most people prefer Bivol's work in those rounds. Fine, think Bivol won some or all of the first four rounds. At the same time, understand why Canelo won those rounds. He won them because he took the fight to Bivol, he landed the harder shots, he caused Bivol to cover up on the ropes, etc. Canelo did a lot of good things in rounds 1-4. So did Bivol. They were close rounds. Welcome to boxing.
