Not. Sam Langford is not The GOAT boxer, it's Sugar Ray Robinson; argued. But Sam Langford is Top 5 All Time Best Boxers, arguably. There are other contenders for GOAT Boxer (such as Bob Fitzimmons, Henry Armstrong, etc.), but hardly any decision for GOAT Boxer would leave Sam Langford out of the Top 5 All Time Best Boxers.
