The difference is Rez spends the time generating well produced clips with positive messages. Bubbles on the other hand actually made a conscious decision to assemble that negative, juvenile clip ... Imagine being that miserable ? It's cringeworthy.

Wonder what Klompton thinks of Benny Leonard.

Benny said he’d watch two novices — raw beginners — spar in the gym because one of them might do something by accident that he could use.

His strength was as the strength of 10 men because he was pure of heart.

Not really. I just enjoy winding you up. Watching you get your little pink interior decorator panties in a twist is comical. I occupy so much of your headspace its sad really.

I really believe that in your heart, you would bet everything you own on prime Braddock beating a prime Riddick Bowe

He was not in any shape, form or fashion close to being historically elite, but peak, healthy Jim Braddock was a pretty damn good prize fighter. Enough said.

I have to bump this comment if only for the joy of Reznick likening the relevance of his 'work' in his field to Spielberg or Apple in theirs.

I recall one of his videos showing a punch thrown by Marciano. He described it as an 'arm uppercut' - answers on a postcard, please. Of all of the punches, the uppercut is the least likely to have no torque from the hip, shoulder, leg ... aaarrgghh, what am I doing? I'm arguing that there is no such punch as an arm uppercut. Of course there f****** isn't.

Anyway, long story short, he went on to describe the punch's 'perfect trajectory' . 'Perfect' and/or 'trajectory' were poor choices of words there for the simple reason that the punch missed. As befits an arm uppercut. Dig it out @cross_trainer . You'll enjoy the thread.

Reznick had possibly the highest opinion of himself that I have ever seen on this forum. He felt that having a contrary view meant that he 'seed something' that we couldn't. He never got it that when you're the one in ten with a certain opinion, it's nine times more likely that you're wrong than the people you're arguing with. In short, an insufferable bore who forgot more about pomposity than the forum favourite Perry ever knew.

Did you not hear about when he used to run on the treadmill and it broke under the strain of his running?

Not so much Donald Trump as Forrest Gump.
