2x lineal champ at such a young age is insane and he didnt have to go life and death with those champs he schooled and dismantled them rather easily

What's your criteria for the hall of fame? I often feel a disconnect with other fans when it comes to this. Basically I think only the most exceptional fighters should be considered. At present I don't think Te'o is anywhere near it, but I may be out of step with how the majority see it?

Taylor wasn't "the man" at 140. Maybe after Ramirez but not after Catterall and all his injuries plus the long layoff.

I think Taylor was still lineal champion, his own team didn't want to give the belt up.

Duran was over 30 years old, fighting way past his best days. He had ruled LW for years.
Teofimo got beaten in the middle of his best days, not to mention he has yet to complete one title defence.

I think it's who he beat. Lineal champions at both 135 and 140 is damn impressive.

Terry Norris lost his first title fight via brutal second round KO. And at the age of 26, in his prime, he got KO´d by Simon Brown.
Then he managed to get DQ´d twice.
And he finished his career with 3 back to back L´s.

Yet those are not the fights that define him. The wins define his legacy.
You can argue that Teo has 2 losses, which would make his upset win over Taylor even more significant.

Is Teo HOF worthy? I´d say not. But he is only 26 and has plenty of time left. His resume is already stellar and he will likely make it to the HOF.

He's 25 his best days are yet to come, but beating two lineal champions as the underdog is damn impressive and you can't deny that.

I only count Taylor as the worthy win.

Undersized Lomachenko teed on him for half the fight. I don't see his greatness in the first half besides Lomachenko having a **** corner.

People keep bleating about it as if it was a Pac-Barrera beatdown. Undersized, older, weaker Lomachenko landed at will on him.
