I think Spence, Crawford, Prime Thurman, Ennis, and Ortiz would beat the WWs in the 90s

I don’t think the guys today have found some new boxing technology that makes them superior to past fighters, but I still think they’d do well in the 90s. The top 4 welterweights today all have good speed, power, work rates, chins, and skill. I don’t think it’s far fetched to say that they would be able to hold their own in that era or even get some great wins.

Well same with todays weigh in's before the fight he probably wouldn't even be a welterweight as he could probably make JW even at his biggest.

But I don't see why he couldn't compete. He was a phenomenal talent not many fighters today even with modern training could match him for speed and power and even those that were superior to him, he could simply out skill.

Boxing isn't like some other sports where physical attributes are the primary attribute for success. James Toney for example was notoriously lazy and often fought bigger, stronger men and yet his skills could overcome that. Same with Fury, he's hardly the best example of modern training he really only even started doing modern style strength and conditioning when he made his comeback, yet he beat Wlad who was probably the most modern trained heavyweight at the time, with superior speed and power to Fury.

It's just not as important in boxing as actual boxing skills unlike in say the 100m or cycling where it's simply about sheer physical capacity.

Yeah ODLH is exactly like Keith Thurman, Thurman equalled ODLH's achievements by winning 11 world titles in 6 weightclasses and being lineal champion in 3 weightclasses "face palm".
