Is Josh Taylor a HOF

It's arguable tbh. Guy was undisputed champ and was pretty long reigning champ. HOF doesn't mean ATG. If extremely solid but not ATG level guys like Julian Jackson, Tim Bradley, Froch, Boom Boom Mancini, Zoo can make it, Taylor has a shot. He's not first ballot though.

If Taylor goes to 147 and goes on a losing spree, **** no though.

Prograis seems to have some big money fights lined up now so he will for those now I guess.

I believe Taylor won their first fight. Still I think a rematch now with Prograis holding the belt in the USA maybe New Orleans even would be fair.

He’s a good fighter but not in a million years

 

He also has some good wins with great wins over Pac and Jmm

 

Not close at this point. His best win was vs. Prograis, and Regis improved from that fight while I can't say the same for Taylor. We'll see who Jack Catterall becomes, which could inform Taylor's legacy more. Also we will see what Taylor can do coming off of two performances where he looked incredibly easy to hit and seems to have been figured out.

 

He’ll get in eventually but definitely not an ATG.

 

He's one of only 9 4-belt undisputed champions ever - how on Earth is that not HOF if the likes of Hatton and Bradley made it in there?

This kind of thread is no use in the aftermath of fights like the one we saw tonight, just reactionaries forgetting the past and judging a fighter like Taylor at his lowest ebb. Taylor was an undisputed world champion and showed great skill and allround game in his pomp; that is what his legacy should be judged by.
