He hasn’t got a promoter currently I recall reading. Wasserman probably would not want him as they now have Matty Harris on their books who is five years younger and is the second or third with their Channel 5 stable.

Needs to get a couple of fights in the tank before taking someone like a Kabayel.

He could still be easily sold ( and make far more money than he deserves) by trading off his name and being used by someone like Wilder/Joshua for a risk free easy to sell fight where he'll make them look elite.

 

He should make the Tyson feud public and try and worm his way in to an all family grudge match

Seems to happen a bit now, fighters signing with Boxxer then leaving quite quickly or going to fight on other shows. Joe Parker, Shields, Hughie Fury, Jack Catterall, Shannon Ryan etc.

 

Plus all are awful signing that the casual sports fan couldn’t care less about.

 

Just wait until Hughie gets his man strength he is only a baby.

But in all seriousness, Hughie could send a glass eye to sleep. And boxing especially HW boxing is about excitement and knockouts.

Hughie needs to fight at below world level to win fights. As he has mixed it at that level a few times. I am not sure how you market him as someone fighting at domestic or European level.

Looking at the Universal top 10-15. I don’t think he beats many of them. So where does he go from here?

 

His promoter and management team will be asking who does young Hughie beat from the top 10-15?

Does he beat Zhang, Miller or Joyce? I don’t think so.

That leaves you fishing around below the worlds top 15 for Euro level opponents in fights that just won’t generate any interest.

 

All of them beat Hughie except maybe Ajagba and Adaleye.

 

Takam would brutally KO Hughie and would Kosso.

Kabayel he'd probably beat yeah.
