That's it, his style works against him. He can't physically dominate a man who's 40 pounds heavier. Cruiserweight is his only division change option and he might do well there as it's a wasteland

    Exactly

Dubois would probably brutally stop him............Beterbiev's biggest advantage as a LHW does not exist at HW. And it's foolish to think otherwise

This. Dubois would be a much easier target than the quicker and more experienced guys Beterbiev fights at 175. Dubois also has a bad habit of squaring up and taking punches flush, which will get you hurt against Beterbiev.

Beterbiev had two wars with Usyk at 91 KG and beat Hunter, though they were 3 round fights. He only has one recorded stoppage loss (at 17) in his extensive amateur and pro career.

Dubois was hurt badly and dropped 3x by Lerena, who is not a big puncher at cruiser and on the same level as the guys Usyk beat in his first 9 pro fights. Dubois also quit against Joyce, who was his only opponent that really came to win in 20 fights.

Pressure fighting heavyweights wouldn't be as effective as pressure fighting LHW's or cruisers but we saw in the Smith fight that Beterbiev can punch very effectively on his backfoot. I could see a younger 200+ lbs Beterbiev inviting an overconfident Dubois in and nailing him on the temple or with borderline rabbit punches, hurting him badly. I could also see Beterbiev getting taken out due to the size and power of Dubois. But we've seen LHW-size fighters move up to heavyweight and have a lot of success (Spinks, Moorer and Byrd in particular) against better fighters than Dubois.

Dubois would crush that puny light heavyweight. These huge behemoths are too much for the smaller divisions.

    Dubois is too big though.

    Never thought about it

    Thrilling fight option no question.
