With Okolie moving up, Opetaia fighting Riakporhe and Jack reportedly fighting Gevor nobody can have any complaints about this.
Those guys aren't scrubs. Anyone would look bad against Okolie and Riakporhe is now challenging for a world title as well.
Dude lost to Riakporhe and got lucky the ref took so many points off Okolie and called bs knockdowns. I say lucky cause Okolie got away with it every other fight, dude should have got dqed a lot of fights ago. Billiam sucks.
Not seen anything of Masternak since Bellew tbh, crusierweight isn’t really a division I’ve got behind in the last 4-5 years but should be a stern test for CBS, a decent opponent for a first defence.
Riakporhe has KO'd Glowacki, Jumah and Turchi in impressive fashion, so that's hardly something for CBS to be ashamed of, especially when you consider, he didn't really lose to Riakporhe. He also managed to legit drop Okolie three times, that's pretty hard to come back from, so those two points the ref deducted wouldn't have played a part anyway. Regardless, no one is really claiming the guy has some elite level skillset or that he isn't vulnerable as hell, he's just a fun to watch brawler with a decent punch. Arsen Goulamirian, Soslan Asbarov, Jai Opetaia, Mairis Briedis and even Dorticos are all far more impressive than him. So he and Jack are hardly exemplars of the Cruiserweight division. While sure, it's a shell of what it was during Usyk's era, it's far from the shittiest division. That would still be 122, 154 and 168.
Yeah they were. The second one was a bit of a rabbit punch, but I've seen far worse, and the third one.... Okolie was all over the place. All three were due to left hooks. This content is protected
Idk bro, he just has never looked impressive to me. He’s British level.. it’s a weak division and I don’t think he’s any good. You know Jack is one of my favorites but if 40 year old Badou who is a career 168-175 pounder can win a belt at cruiser.. it’s a dog **** division.
