Bivol has great stamina and he can punch non stop for 12 rounds. I don't think Gvodzyk can take too many punches for 12 rounds at his state.

My gripe with Bivol is that he’s extremely content with just boxing to a decision, but we’ll have to see what Gvozdyk brings to the table. I’m excited for it.

    Ok.

I’m just relaying what I heard him say. Or at least to the effect of.

Didn't gvozdyk take a serious brain injury vs beterbiev? Not sure if he should ever fight again.

The Nail is still a bit rusty, but another fight or two and who knows..

Mate, I like this fight but what if 'The Nail' wins? Surely he would be hesitant to get in the ring with Artur again? Don't get me wrong, he fought well against Bererbiev and was out boxing him but still he got beaten up very badly and received serious injuries.

Before the Beterbiev fight I would have favored Gvozdyk, and now I favor Bivol.

At his best I'd have favoured Gvozdyk slightly. Right now Bivol spanks him.

Didnt they fight in the Ammies?

Style make fights bivol didn't look very good against Craig Richards. I think gvosdyk would have been the clear favouite before beterviev.

    I wouldn't rule out a gvosdyk win.

I never thought Gvozdyk was as good as some thought he was. Even in his prime he was a couple of levels bellow Bivol who would always beat him IMO.

He we to the hospital but he was 100% fine. Keep in mind teddy atlas was a disaster or a fit as a trainer.

He should have stopped the fight earlier.
Came up with a better game plan .

I don't think they actually fought as amateurs. Looks like Gvozdyk is trolling Bivol to try and build up a potential fight

They were supposed to but Gvozdyk's win over him is listed as a WO ie. walkover. As you can see in that photo Bivol's hand is injured

It's interesting that gvosdyk and beterviev seem to get along so well but it seems gvosdyk can't stand bivol for whatever reason.

I wonder why the bad blood.
