Let’s just clear up one point you made, Canelo was never going to box Beterbiev and that is well known by people in boxing.

I was also glad that Bivol beat Ramirez, because I too thought he was massively overrated. However to claim it drew huge viewing figures in the UK is just plain ridiculous. Laughable in fact.

 

Smith was clueless against Canelo, but then if you are going to have Joe Gallagher in your corner what should you expect (apart from zero head movement obviously).

 

Somebody needs to save the lad for another day and take the spade from Drama as he will soon be a qualified grave digger.

 

I was simply pointing out how you have a set opinion on something when it comes to one fighter and yet then have the complete opposite opinion with another.

They were all world title fights with stacked undercards with the exception of Whyte which was still a much bigger fight at the time. Last fight didn't even sell out the o2 that shows you how much public interest has gone from AJ. Sky wouldn't be putting it on PPV.

Why after all these months are MR and QP still waiting for contracted offers for these proposed fights, meanwhile the Saudis are buying footballers for mega millions left, right and centre.

Wilder is out there calling for Ruiz in a fight that realistically can’t take place until late October at the earliest with PBC already having Canelo scheduled for September.

Why would Wilder be entertaining this fight when he’s probably only guaranteed £10m. You would wait for AJ and get the £40-50m if the money is real.

Respectfully disagree. DAZN might be in an investment cycle where they can justify Joshua's purses as a way to acquire customers; Sky all about the bottom line, I can't believe for a minute they'd let even the Franklin fight go out free.
