This was a top 10 list i did last year i think the top 6 are fairly simple, although you could maybe shuffle 1 or 2 names in different places.

    1 Lennox Lewis
    2 Evander Holyfield
    3 Riddick Bowe
    4 Mike Tyson
    5 George Foreman
    6 Michael Moorer
    7 Oliver McCall
    8 Ray Mercer
    9 Ike Ibeabuchi
    10 Tommy Morrison

McCall probably deserves to be number 5. He beat Lewis for a belt and defended against Holmes, and also beat Seldon, Maskaev, and a fat Damiani. Moorer would never beat Lewis and 90s Foreman wouldn't beat Holmes or Lewis.

Moorer could be 5, but he beat a Holyfield who wasn't at his best and his second title reign was kind of a joke (Schultz, Botha, and Vaughnn Bean). If you go on stats like titles won and total defenses, he has a case.

I’m guessing McCall’s win over the third best heavyweight in history doesn’t count.

Lewis, Holyfield, Bowe are an easy top three. Number 4 and 5 can be debated among Moorer, Foreman and Tyson

Herbie Hide would have been too fast for George.

I find it odd he kind of gets forgotten while men like Norton and Schmeling were elevated highly

It could be because of the perceived gap between the top 2 heavyweights all time and number 3.

Because of how McCall got his head jabbed off by Bruno.
