Charlo has not defended the middleweight title in over 2 years.

I've got a horrible gut feeling that it's gonna be an exhibition in Saudi with Mike tyson

For years the WBC have been the worst for it. Off the top of my head, they've allowed mayweather to have several breaks without trying to force mandatories. Alvarez has been given a pass a few times. Vitali klitschko was made champion emeritus when he retired to Focus on politics- meaning he could immediately fight for the title whenever he returned. Currently, charllo hasn't defended his middleweight title for over 2 years. They can afford to sit and wait for a big sanctioning fee whereas some other organisations will strip quickly because they aren't as financially secure.

If it Nganouu what an absolute joke two completely different sports. It's like having Tiger Woods play tennis against Djokovic. Fury should just retire and save what's left of his legacy if he's gonna keep avoiding Usyk

Game changing means some crossover genetically modified freak show. Not interested.

Acceptable opponents for undefeated, lineal, prime ATG Fury:

    USKY
    Winner of Joyce/Papa ZHEE II
    Winner of Wilder/Ruiz
    Wallin II

Anyone else is a cherry picked BUM and that includes Hrgovic, Anderson.

Surely if he fights an MMA guy it would have to be an exhibition, or at least a non-title fight?

If he fights an MMA fighter is this his cash out fight ala Floyd.
Is Fury done? He's a big with some mileage and he's out of shape again. Few clips on him looking like he's on the gear etc.

Floyd was 40, retired two years and had vacated all his belts. Fury is 34, a current world champion and could fight for undisputed but wants a gimmick instead.

    Exactly...
So whys he messing about potentially with MMA fighters and avoiding all these big fights. Only reason I can think of is he's getting ready to quit but still wants to tell everyone he's the man so a token fight like this still gives him attention a pay day but little real risk.

Excellent points sir . Didn't give consideration to "lesser" bodies, such as the IBF, not being as financially robust, the WBC do sell a lot of merch etc.

I do think it's the best looking belt, but that's probably a discussion in itself!
