Mannix is reporting that Jermall still is dealing with personal **** and can’t train. He needs to be stripped.

 

If that's true it's a terrible decision by both fighters. Fans don't want to see this thrown together fight which does nothing for Canelo, he beats a UD champion 2 weight classes smaller and he gets no credit from his detractors. Charlo needs to handle Tyszu which over the last year or so has gained alot of interest, man I hope Canelo got it wrong.

Hahaha what the ****. Jermell would rather fight a guy two divisions bigger than him than face his mandatory, and Canelo somehow topped fighting a two years inactive guy. Meanwhile, Jermall will continue to sit on the WBC belt instead of defending or even trying to defend it.

I can't defend Canelo on this one. This is terrible for boxing if this isn't a mistake.

 

Spence has never been at 135, Canelo and Mell started at 154, one guy just drain down to make weight the other fights at his walk around weight

 

Boxing is getting screwed. Timmy is getting screwed. All the sanctioning bodies are on board because they're getting Canelo money.

 

I don’t blame Charlo. He’s getting a lot more money than he would against anyone else.

I do blame Canelo. Dragging up a 154 is terrible. You have a huge fight in your own division.

 

On the one hand, Charlo is GARGANTUAN WEIGHT BULLY, so 168 is probably his real weight class.
