Sampras is by far the best server of the alot of them especially over Nadal, Djokovic.

Djokovic is probably one of the best returners of all time but so was Agassi and Sampras mostly beat him.

I guess it depends on surface aswell, if they're playing on faster grass which suited Sampras's serve and volley game. Then his chances of beating the likes of Nadal, Federer, Djokovic, increase greatly.

Sampras was also a fantastic athlete aswell and I don't think his athleticism would be outdated compared to the guys now.

Their were far far worse robberies than the supposed reciepient of a robbery, being dropped twice, and knocked unconscious (if only briefly) by his own admission.

Regardless, Wilder recorded a better result against a better Fury than Cunningham and Mcdermott

I think he's better than Baer, but I agree regarding the top three tier. Wilder and Baer both make up two of my top three power tier along with Shavers.

Pele moreso, Maradona was generally regarded behind Platini until 1986, not in terms of pure talent & genius but in achievements and doing it on the big stage. In all honestly, and while I think he was a better player than Pele, his tenure as the undisputed world #1 only covered around 4 years, max. But he had the magnetic Ali-type charisma and was a considered a god, so even past prime he was the biggest news. So the fact that Platini was considered better until that world cup win, gets buried with time, especially with Platini a being a dodgy, unlikable, easily bribed, brown envelope king.

Re: Sampras, as he's been mentioned a few times, i agree, he'd win a few slams in the later era (say 2 or 3wimbledon's, 1 US maybe) but not to their figures the Big Three have churned out. Also, he was wimbledon champ as recently as 2000 only 3 years before Fed, so he's only jumping one era, fairly doable with his grass game especially, but this is not the same as Borg jumping multiple eras and being competitive.

Deontay Wilder is the hardest hitting heavyweight of all time.

Also his old man strength is now starting to flow through his blood. He's going nuclear. If you have any sense you'd stay the hell away from that man.

He’s not. Anyone saying that is wrong and are most likely the people who say that if Adrien Broner ever got serious he would be great.

Wilder has legit gifts through that make up for skill defecits. You can never have a fully stacked deck but Wilder has a maxed out single card.

Broner has nothing and lost to Quintero and Ponce De Leon. Only became something due to the American hype machine. Wilder beat a ducked Ortiz and still gave demi god Fury two brutal knockdowns. He is legit the hardest puncher in HW history or at a minimum the most explosive HW of all time. Nobody touches Helenius with a half cocked right hand like that and sleeps him in the 1st with the 1st punch landed.

Fury & Wilder beat chunks off each other but in doing so they gained something from another also which be shown in stunning fashion in the final 2 years of their careers.

Wilder is a one dimensional Glass Jawed Fighter. And let’s be real his resume is absolutely awful. His first 5 title defenses were a farce.

Not even sure what the point of this post is. But Wilder is still not impressive. He faces a guy his size and gets whooped. Over and over and over again.

By his size, do you mean 210-220lbs?

I’m a Wilder fan and none of us who actually watch boxing have ever said he’s more than he is. He’s a hell of a lot of fun and has great heart. But his limitations are obvious.

This is different from Joshua fans, who actually deluded themselves into believing AJ was something special.
